According to the report, the cloud has become attractive to hackers, with the number of cloud solutions growing, which are generally estimat to have increas by 90% compar to last year.

Julio Palacios, chief innovation & partnership officer at MCM Telecom , said that given the constant attacks report by companies, it is necessary for them to have help in cybersecurity.
“Organizations could turn their attention to a well-known ally: cloud connectivity and solutions providers,” he said.

Meanwhile, the Thales 2023 Data Security Threat Report reveal an increase in ransomware attacks and human error as the main causes of cloud data breaches.
This study found that 48% of IT professionals globally report an increase in ransomware attacks and 37% suffer a data breach in the past 12 months.
