Pick a persona
Aim your article topics at the right target audience , i.e. persona. It is none other than your target customer. Who should be most interested in your product or service? A mother on maternity leave, a man engaged in DIY, a grandmother who likes to bake sweets, or children in school?

Monitor purchasing behavior
There are 4 stages of the buying process. People are looking for something marketers are not advertising salespeople  different in each of them. Ideally, customers should go through all the stages and you should offer them specific content at each stage:

See – the visitor came to your website from a search engine, social  loan data networks, a recommendation or any other way. Engage him at this stage with more general topics such as various tips, tricks or advice. And maybe convince him to leave you his email. You can then work with it in the following stages.
Think – there is something enticing about your site, the visitor considers the options, returns to your site, reads your e-mails that you send to the acquired contact. What are his needs? Maybe it’s some great benefit of your product or service.

Tell him a story about how your product or service helps people like him.

To – the customer has decided to buy the product, but you have to push them. For example, show him how easy it is to buy from you – and walk him through the buying process step by step. You can also offer him a special discount that will convince even the last waver.
Care – a casual visitor becomes a permanent customer and reader of your articles. He likes your brand. At this stage, you can try to use the content to get, for example, references or feedback on your services.
Write the individual purchase phases in the table. Then, for each one, think about how it is connected to your persona and what would be of most interest to her at that stage.
